Setting Up Your Account for GSEC Web Services

To establish a user ID and password for an existing account, call (312) 362-3900.

Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password, or you've tried to log on three times or more and are unable to do so, you must call an GSEC representative at (312) 362-3900 to have your password reset.

Recommended Software

To provide the highest level of Internet Security and compatibility with our site's design, GSEC recommends: Netscape 6.0 or higher or Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. To download a browser now, visit Microsoft's site for Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscape's site for Netscape Navigator or Communicator. We do not recommend the use of beta browser versions.

GSEC's site provides information in Adobe's "pdf" format. To view this format you must have Adobe's Acrobat Reader. This is available free from Adobe.
